To keep your window blinds looking great, you need to wash them properly. Here is how you can go about this task.
Fill a tub with either cold or warm water and pour some liquid soap into it. There should be enough water to completely cover your blinds when you place them inside the tub. Let them soak for several minutes then get a soft brush. Using the brush, scrub the slats thoroughly to get rid of all dirt, and then pull the blinds up and down a number of times in the water so any soap or dirt residues would be left behind. Finally, hold the blinds up and rinse the slats using the showerhead. Hang them either over the shower curtain rod or over an outdoor space to dry. Make sure that you come up with a regular washing schedule for your blinds so that they will continue to look good and function well for a long period of time.
